Does TapBatch provide leads, customers, or territories?
No. A purchase is for physical inventory only. TapBatch does not provide accounts, locations, customers, leads, exclusive areas, employment, or guaranteed resale support.
Does the customer need an app?
No separate TapBatch app is required. A configured card is designed to open a link when tapped with a compatible NFC-enabled phone. Phone settings and compatibility vary.
How should review cards be used?
Invite genuine customers to leave honest feedback regardless of sentiment. Do not offer incentives, filter out unhappy customers, create fake reviews, suppress criticism, or condition any benefit on a positive review. Follow the chosen platform's current policies.

Shipping, returns, privacy, and terms.
Questions or privacy requests: Serdincengezwork@gmail.com. Online checkout is not available. The seller's legal name and complete business address will be displayed before any payment is accepted.
Shipping
Orders will ship from ZIP code 94040. Shipping price and the estimated shipment or delivery timing will be shown before payment. If no shipment time is stated, the order will ship within 30 days. If a delay occurs, the buyer will be notified and asked to consent to the delay or receive a prompt cancellation and refund. Carrier estimates are not guarantees after tender.
Returns and refunds
Unless marked final sale before purchase, unused products in original condition may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Buyers pay return shipping unless an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping is not refundable except when required by law or caused by our error. Approved refunds go to the original payment method after inspection.
Damage, cancellation, and disputes
Report damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items promptly and include photos when practical. Orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment; shipped orders follow the return policy. Contact support for help. Nothing in these policies limits any non-waivable consumer right or valid card-dispute right.
Privacy
We may collect identifiers, contact details, delivery information, support messages, transaction metadata, and basic device or server logs. We use them to answer inquiries, fulfill orders if checkout launches, prevent fraud, secure the site, keep records, and meet legal duties. The Support Guide runs in your browser and sends nothing until you choose an email link.
Privacy choices and sharing
Data may be disclosed only as needed to payment providers, carriers, fulfillment, hosting, security, email, professional advisers, or authorities. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral ads. Email us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to legal retention. We keep records only as reasonably needed for orders, tax, fraud, and disputes.
Cookies, tracking, and updates
The site currently uses no advertising cookies and does not track visitors across unrelated sites. Because there is no cross-site tracking, browser Do Not Track signals do not change the site's behavior. Service providers may operate under their own policies. Material policy changes will be posted here with a new date. This site is not directed to children under 13.
Terms of sale
Buyers must be at least 18 and purchase physical goods only. No employment, customers, leads, accounts, locations, territories, business system, or earnings are promised. Buyers independently handle resale pricing, permits, taxes, marketing, and customer service. Product and phone compatibility can vary. The cards are intended for commercial use and are not toys.
Acceptable use
Configure only destinations you are authorized to use. Do not use the cards for fake or misleading reviews, review gating, sentiment-conditioned incentives, suppression, impersonation, malware, unlawful tracking, or infringement of any logo, trademark, copyright, or other right. Follow all applicable laws and the selected platform's current terms.
Seller and tax disclosure
Checkout will stay disabled until the seller's legal business name, complete operating street address, applicable permits, and final return terms are shown before payment. California sales tax will be collected when required. A resale purchase is treated as exempt only after receipt of a valid resale certificate that may lawfully be accepted in good faith.
